Much of the equipment is "custom-made". Materials, such as stone, wood, and copper, are added to the refrigeration equipment which together forms unique products.
The space is not limited by the entrance/exit. Therefore, the customer can walk between the departments. Classic and express cash registers allow purchases with cash or only with a card.
